Welcome to Baked Bi Bae, cultivated by the bisexual entrepreneur Samantha Nigro.

I am humbled to be the first Sacramento-based queer bakery. For as long as I can remember, opening a bakery has been a dream of mine. I grew up helping my dad bake the infamous Dalida’s Chocolate Cake for my mother’s birthdays. Baking holds a special place in my heart. It brings people of all backgrounds together and allows us to spread joy across boundaries.
